The need was to define a competitive growth strategy and implement a new economic and management control system. The company wanted to consolidate its position in the market, but needed tools to analyze its performance and optimize the allocation of resources. This implied reviewing key management indicators and establishing new monitoring mechanisms.
On the other hand, the organizational structure needed to be redesigned to facilitate internal communication and improve decision making. The growth of the company had made evident the need to redefine responsibilities and internal processes to maintain an efficient operation.
SOLUTION
Novatec worked together with the company to develop a sustainable growth strategy. New performance indicators were established and a more accurate economic control system was implemented to facilitate decision making. This system will allow us to improve financial management and detect opportunities for optimization.
The organizational structure was also redesigned, clearly defining roles and responsibilities. This improved internal communication and allowed for a smoother and more efficient work flow.
